Before the Flatline - Lyrics

Welcome to my world,
Where I’m running up,
To see the sun close up.
When I’m halting cowards,
Still I’m soaring higher.
True to the end of days,
I can’t see any other way!
You’re hope is small,
I’m standing tall,
To reach and to align,
This is what I’d say,
Just before the flatline.
No, you can’t share my resolve,
To paint a thick, white, line, means,
To cast shadow over it all.
This ain’t a phase,
Tell yourself this and you’ll see that it is,
What you crave,
Walking blind into the water still with me.
Might, running through my veins,
To color blind in darkness,
To see what all could remain.
This plan for me,
Was my own until I set it all on,
Endless dreams,
To succeed falls short of feeling destiny.
